Some Thoughts About Meditation

There is a lot of literature on meditation and so many resources out there, that I have decided to share some thoughts based on my working experience with young people and adults.

Meditation is a crucial step to focus on the here and now non-judgementally. Sometimes it is associated with music and long exercises, where usually people fall asleep (this has happened to me!!).

I have learned that meditation can occur in so many ways – walking in the grass or doing the dishes. It is about directing our focus on embracing what we are doing and concentrate our attention and concentration. It can be done in bite size; it does not have to be in long chunks.

I therefore hope that these few lines will empower you to come up your own idea to build your sustainable meditative space in your daily lives.
